Shades of slate and sunbaked earth permeate into pink grapefruit and guava in this piercing ballerina-like Kabinett. Laced with sweet nectar and backed by a firm undertone of acidity and steel, it's a laser-edged white that finishes on a long, intensely mineral crush.
